Anna Frederick is Director of our Riverside Studio, and is one of
Jacksonville's most notable professional pianists. In her senior year of high
school she was awarded a full piano scholarship from the University of North
Florida, going on to achieve UNF's Outstanding Scholar of the Year Award
as well as a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance. Since 2003 Anna has
been performing publicly as well as instructing students of all ages, ranging
from early beginner to conservatory level.
A superb technician and brilliant interpreter of the literature of the great
Romantic and Neoclassical composers, Anna's keen musical instincts and
highly focused approach to practice and performance strongly influence her
work as a teacher. She is sensitive to each student's unique ability,
temperament and physiology; and her goal-oriented methodology infuses
students with the inspiration and discipline so essential for success.
